ARE YOU 13 – 17 YEARS OLD?
Designed for teens ages 13-17, this hands-on camp is perfect for anyone interested in beauty & fashion makeup, character design, special FX, and prosthetics. Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm.
The passion that Makeup Artists have for their craft begins at a young age. If you want to see what it’s like to be a Professional Makeup Artist working in the Film, Television & Entertainment Industries then Teen Camp is for You! Learn Fashion & Movie Makeup and see if you have what it takes for a career as a professional makeup artist working in the Film, Television & Entertainment Industries.
WEEK 1: Beauty, Glam Makeup & Avant Garde
July 6 – July 10
Learn the secrets behind the current beauty trends, best eye looks, brow shaping, eyeliner styles, lashes, highlighters and bronzers. Then, learn celebrity-inspired makeup with winged eyeliner and smoky eyes for music videos and runway. The week culminates with fantasy & avant garde looks that will allow your creativity to go wild!
WEEK 2: CHARACTER SPECIAL EFFECTS MAKEUP
July 13 – July 17
Learn how to create gruesome burns, gaping wounds, dirt & sweaty looks. Learn how to do realistic beards and mustaches. Imagine sculpting a zombie’s decaying flesh or creating a legendary pirate ready to sail the seven seas.

WEEK 3: SPECIAL EFFECTS MAKEUP + PROSTHETICS
July 20 – July 24
The Special Effects & Prosthetics week is the climax of everything you have learned. Here, you will get hands-on experience with full-face transformations using SFX makeup techniques and prosthetic applications. We provide the expertise to turn your imagination into reality.

$1650 For Full 3-Week Program or $595/week
A Certificate of Achievement will be awarded to those who complete the full 3-week program as well as a $100 Cosmix Store Gift Certificate.
