During enrollment, students participate in many educational and community events. From Fashion Shows to Face Painting, students gain experience, network with potential employees, and build their resumes. We are NOT a Beauty School! There are thousands of beauty schools and only a few specialized makeup schools in the country. We are the only licensed and accredited makeup school in South Florida, so many charity organizations ask for our help, and we are very happy to be of service.

- Week 1 – July 7 to July 11– Beauty & Glam Makeup
- Week 2 – July 14 to July 18 – Prom & High Fashion Avant–Garde
- Week 3 – July 21 to July 25 – Character Special Effects Makeup
- Week 4 – July 28 to August 1 – Special FX & Prosthetics
$595/Week or $2200/Full Program & Certificate of Completion

New Artistic Scholarship
Cosmix’s Artistic Scholarships provide up to $5,000 financial support for education and training in the field, as well as opportunities to network with professionals and gain exposure to different artistic communities.
For those who qualify, these scholarships are available for Cosmix’s Master Makeup Artistry Pro and Master Makeup Artistry programs. Both provide training in all the different modalities- beauty, fashion, film, television, theater, and special effects. The longer Master Pro program is a dual-credentialed program and includes training in skin care and licensure as an esthetician. Applicants must submit a hard copy portfolio, link to an online portfolio, or email a minimum of 6 images of 6 different works to info@cosmixinc.com in addition to their scholarship application.
There are 3 types of scholarships:
Creative Potential– all forms of art including makeup artistry and is for non-professional artists.
Professional Artist– drawing, painting, ceramics, clothing design, photography, graphic design, and other art mediums.
Creature Artisan- this category includes character & special makeup effects (injury simulation, aging, hair work, bald caps, zombies & prosthetic appliances, etc. ).
